With 20+ years of consistent success as a leader and champion for people-centered, results-driven work cultures, Dani partners with organizations to empower their leaders and teams to thrive while achieving their greatest results.

Dani’s expertise is evidenced by the scores of emerging leaders,  executives, and teams she has empowered and challenged to play their bigger game, using her hard-earned wisdom and her “we’re in this together” approach for over three decades in talent development and acquisition. Her roles in employment and training management, human resources, and career development have included working for such organizations as the New York Software Industry Association, MBA Info Tech, Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Management Group, and The ARC-SF.

Dani founded her own talent development firm in 2007 along with the wildly popular “A Strengths-Based Approach to Leading from Within” series, inspiring leaders and teams to dream big, get it done, help each other, and have fun along the way. Her experiential keynotes and team events powerfully reflect her ability to create engaging and empowering spaces.

Graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) – a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Certified PQ Mental Fitness Coach (CPQC), Professional Certified Coach credential (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), certified to administer The Leadership Circle™ 360 profile & The Collective Leadership Culture Assessment™. On the ICFLA (Los Angeles) board as Community Outreach Director from 2011-2013.

Personally

There is so much that I’m passionate about – I have bicycled throughout Europe and backpacked for months at a time in Mexico and Southeast Asia where I was continuously in awe of how profoundly simple and beautiful life is for so many. I find the same opportunities for adventure and synchronicity wherever I reside, whether in bustling New York City, sunny and creative Los Angeles, or fun and bohemian San Francisco and Portland – every day feels like an exciting journey and I am always reminded of how important it is to stay “awake” because I don’t want to miss any of it.

When I am not partnering with organizations, I spend my time doing improv comedy, seeing live music, singing Karaoke, writing retreats, bicycling, dancing, hiking, playing guitar. I’m also a happy vegan and passionate animal rights advocate.

As the former Director of OUTdancing (2002 – 2007), NYC’s premiere LGBT latin, ballroom, and swing dance program at Stepping Out Studios in Manhattan, I spent countless hours each week engaging in one of my passions for many years: DANCE!!

I currently live in Portland, OR with my furkids, Sky and Rocco, a chiweenie rescue who is also a regular at assisted living centers for the elderly. #adoptdontshop 🙂
