Coaching

As your Coach, I help you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be, in any area of your life. I help you clarify and prioritize your goals, create a strategy, identify specific steps to take, and provide you with on-going support by using a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build your level of awareness and self-responsibility to help you achieve what you want. It’s my job to keep you moving forward in the ways that you have identified as essential, while deepening the learning of who you are and what’s important to you – so that you can live the rest of your life with no regrets!

Coaching is typically done by Zoom, Hangouts, Skype, or phone, from the convenience of your home or office.

Discovery session – once you have decided that you’d like to work with me as your coach, we schedule your 90 minute Discovery session and you receive a welcome packet including a fun questionnaire. We explore your core values, your deeper purpose, your natural abilities and strengths, and your personal code of conduct – the way you move through the world. During this discovery, we map out what you want from coaching, identifying concrete measures of success. We also design the coaching alliance that would best meet your needs.

I also offer an extremely powerful and effective 4 week Group Career Re-invention coaching program for those who would like to focus on taking their career life to the next level.
